No approaching vehicles?!?

Ive been waiting for an update on this app for months. The train updates work fine, but I use this app for arriving buses. While I used to love this app, Im now regretting my purchase. Anyone have any luck getting the cost of this app refunded? Gah, so frustrating!!!
